Returns and Refund Policy
If you wish to return any of your purchased accessories or systems, please contact Traka by downloading and emailing the correct forms below to the email addresses shown. Please ensure you write your order number in the subject line of your email - this can be found on your invoice.
If you wish to return your products, please download the Returns Form and email to email@example.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund which is subject to purchase price minus the shipping, handling, and a 10% restocking fee. All unwanted items must be returned in new and unused condition and in original boxes. To ensure smooth process of refund, please ensure correct forms are completed and sent to the right email address
*Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns 30 days after delivery date.
Please note: you as the customer are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods to Traka.
If you would like to exchange any items please email Traka at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to exchange your items for you. Please note: you as the customer are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to Traka and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.
Cancelling an order
All orders are fulfilled almost instantly. In the event you wish to cancel the order, Please contact email@example.com within 24 hours of your order date. After this period we might not be able to cancel your order and you might have to follow returns policy.
Amending your order
Unfortunately, once you have made a purchase we are unable to amend your order.
If you return something because of an error on our side or because the items have arrived damaged or defective we will issue a full refund to the card the original payment has been taken from.
Please note: Traka will check all returned items as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to only offer a refund in accordance with Traka Return policy as stated above.
My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?
We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired please contact Traka at firstname.lastname@example.org
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are actioned the next day when Traka receives the goods back. It can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show on your card.
