TrakaMEC Delivery Policy

We know you do not want to wait long for your order to arrive. That’s why every order within UK Mainland and Ireland is sent via UPS or Kuehne+Nagel. Traka aims for all orders to be processed and delivered within 21 working days from the original order date. On occasion, there might be certain items which might not be in stock; should this be the case, Traka will get in touch to let you know.

Although Traka promises to dispatch your order quickly, it can sometimes take a little longer for your order to arrive in Ireland, Northern Ireland and certain parts of Scotland.

What is the delivery charge

All accessories orders are subject to £10.00 standard delivery charge.

How will my parcel be sent in the UK mainland?

All orders are handled by Traka approved couriers and are sent via tracked services. UPS and Kuehne+Nagel are the only chosen couriers.

How will my parcel be sent to other parts of the UK?

Do you ship outside the UK and Ireland?

Unfortunately, at this moment we do not ship outside the UK and Ireland. Please contact us directly if you wish to place an order for delivery outside the UK or Ireland.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email notification from either UPS or Kuehne+Nagel advising of delivery time and date.

I have not received my parcel?

If you have not received your parcel after 21 working days and have not heard from Traka advising otherwise, please contact us at orders@traka.com and we will be able to track down your deliveryt.

Please note: if your item is not collected and is returned to Traka, we will issue a refund minus the cost of postage and 10% restocking fee.
