Shipping and Returns

You order should be with you within 14 working days. If there are any delays, we will be in contact with you.

Once your order has been processed we will send you details with tracking information.

Unfortunately at the moment we are only delivering to specific markets. Please contact us to find out if we are able to deliver to your market.

We use ASSA ABLOY approved couriers. Once your shipment is out for delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking and courier details.

In the unlikely event of you receiving an incorrect item, please email orders@traka.com within 5 working days and we will resolve your issue.

We use specially designed packaging to ensure no damage in transit. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, please download the damaged goods form and email to orders@traka.com so we can arrange a replacement for you. . Please ensure you check the packaging upon delivery for any signs of damage. If there are, please also ensure you complete the damage claim form directly with the courier and email to us at the above address.

All TrakaMEC cabinets and individual 5 way receptor strips come with 12 months warranty as standard. For further information about our warranty policy, please visit the returns page.

For your peace of mind, all TrakaMEC systems can be professionally installed by our Traka engineers. Please visit our service page to purchase your installation if required.

Return Request

All TrakaMEC Supreme SINGLE cabinets can be doubled in capacity by purchasing a TrakaMEC expansion board. Please visit our Product Page for more information.

Ordering

Yes, we will be able to create a draft order for you over the phone. However, payments and check-out must be completed through the webshop.
