Shipping and Returns
You order should be with you within 14 working days. If there are any delays, we will be in contact with you.
Once your order has been processed we will send you details with tracking information.
Unfortunately at the moment we are only delivering to specific markets. Please contact us to find out if we are able to deliver to your market.
We use ASSA ABLOY approved couriers. Once your shipment is out for delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking and courier details.
We use specially designed packaging to ensure no damage in transit. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged, please download the damaged goods form and email to email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement for you. . Please ensure you check the packaging upon delivery for any signs of damage. If there are, please also ensure you complete the damage claim form directly with the courier and email to us at the above address.
Yes, we will be able to create a draft order for you over the phone. However, payments and check-out must be completed through the webshop.
If you have forgotten to add a product, please email our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org who may be able to amend your order.
However, should this not possible, you might have to place a new order for the additional items.
Unfortunately we do not offer finance on our TrakaMEC products.
