Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received damaged or defective items, please email our Order Processing team within 7 days of delivery.
Should there be visible damage to the outer packaging, you must complete a damaged goods form with the courier upon delivery. Should you fail to do so, your claim might become invalid.
To proceed with your claim, please download the Traka Damaged Goods Form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please ensure you write your order number in the subject line of your email - this can be found on your invoice.
All products except consumables (USERfobs, KEYfobs & Label Seals etc) are provided with a standard 12 month warranty. If your item fails within this period you have the right to return it to Traka for a replacement part. All warranty claims are handled on a return-to-Traka basis. We will send your new parts but you must send us back the faulty items in exchange. Should you fail to do so, you will be invoiced the full cost of the replacement item.
